Trooper's pages updated 9/09

Trooper was born May 24, 2005. Second born puppy in a litter of 4, he was 16 1/2 ozs. at birth. Very dark red, with only a little white, he has grown into a very handosme young dog! He lives in Northridge, California, with his Mom, Ann Hills. Ann plans to trial Trooper in Obedience and Agility, but like the rest of Tru's offspring, he has done so well with the sheep, she has been bitten by the herding bug:-) Ann is a good friend, and has given our pup Trooper a fantastic home! As a pup, Trooper was BAER and CERF tested normal. Male/neutered.

Sept 20/09- Trooper finished his ASCA CD title in style with a 198, High in Trial, and High scoring other breed. Way to go Ann and Trooper!

July18/09- Trooper earned his first two legs of the UKC CD today! Along with one HIT! And to top it off, the temp was 104 and the weather very humid! Great job, Hot Dog!

July 4/09- Trooper celebrated the 4th of July weekend, completing all 3 legs of his AKC CD ! Doing it is style, with three 1st places and scores of 198, 197, and 197.5.
May 22/09- At a NADAC trial in CA, Trooper had a 1st in Open tunnelers, and his 2nd leg in Novice Chances.
May 17/09- Ann took Trooper into his first Obedience trial today. With 2 HIT's and a 199.5...Trooper finished his weekend with a perfect 200 score! Only the second her judge had given out in all her years of judgingl
Mar1/09-Valley Hills Obedience Club's special end-of-the-year awards ceremony, Trooper won the 2008 ASCA/NADAC Agility Novice Award, presented to the dog with the highest total score for the 6 legs of novice standard and novice jumpers titles combined, with ties broken by YPS. He was also a recipient of the Multiple Sport Title Award, given to dogs who earn titles in two or more different sports (for Troop, herding and agility).
Jan 18/09- Trooper has a super weekend with 1st, 2nds and a 3rd placement in AHBA herding trials in CA.
